Client Event Planning Info

Don't want to fill out our planning forms? If you have all of your planning information ready and available you can email or fax it to us. Please be sure to include all appropriate info and song requests for your event. If your event is missing any pertinent information we will contact you to clarify any questionable information to ensure we are ready for your event. Again, keep in mind we are flexible so if their are changes the day of the event, not including special song requests, please let the dj know.

We will do everything we can to accomodate changes to your itinerary.

Disclaimer: Client also agrees that they will provide all applicable planning documentation (itineraries, music requests, etc) at least 2 weeks prior to event date to ensure Dj/Vj is properly prepared for event. In the event these documents are not provided, Dj/Vj will perform event to the best of his or her abilities.
