Services Guarantee

I guarantee I'll complete all our verbal or written contracted obligations to your complete and total satisfaction or your money back. I will take full responsibility for everything that is under our personal control, and take responsibility that we have discussed everything necessary and it is written within your event Entertainment Agreement, if applicable.   

1. If I'm ever late for an event/gig (based on the start time we have discussed), I'll perform that event for free.

2. In the event of unforeseen medical emergency, family or personal, that renders me the need of immediate replacement, I will advise you of the replacement, and if the replacement is not to your satisfaction, the event or gig is free!
